Macros: one-click actions

A macro bundles a set of actions an agent can apply on demand from a conversation — for example "Refund requested" might set the status to Pending, add a billing tag and pre-fill a reply.
Macros differ from workflows: workflows run automatically, macros are run manually by an agent. Create them under Settings → Macros.
