Setting up your account
Welcome aboard! Getting started takes just a few minutes.
1. Confirm your email
Click the link in the welcome email we sent you.
2. Invite your team
Head to Team → Invite and add your teammates by email.
3. Connect a mailbox
Forward your support address (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) to your shared inbox and you're ready to go.
That's it — you'll see new conversations land in your inbox automatically.
