Inviting teammates and roles

Invite colleagues under Settings → Team. Each person gets one of these roles:

• Owner — full access, including billing. There's always at least one owner.
• Admin — manage settings, channels and the team.
• Agent — handle conversations.
• Light — limited access for occasional collaborators.

Invited teammates receive an email link to set their own password.
