Understanding your reports

The Reports page shows how your team is doing over a date range you choose:

  • Volume — conversations created vs resolved.
  • Response & resolution times.
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) from the rating customers leave after a reply.
  • Breakdowns by mailbox, tag and agent.

You can also schedule a recurring email report under Reports → Schedule.
