Connecting a mailbox

Under Settings → Email channels you can connect the address customers write to (e.g. support@yourcompany.com).
We support standard IMAP/SMTP as well as Gmail and Outlook. You'll need:
- Incoming (IMAP) host, port and credentials — used to pull new mail.
- Outgoing (SMTP) host, port and credentials — used to send replies.
Once connected, new emails are fetched automatically every couple of minutes and appear in the matching mailbox.
