How sending and threading work

Replies are sent from your mailbox address, so customers see a normal email from your team. We add the right In-Reply-To/References headers so replies stay in the same email thread.
To improve deliverability, configure SPF and DKIM for your sending domain. Automated messages (like workflow auto-replies) are marked Auto-Submitted so they don't create reply loops.
