Finding your way around the inbox

The inbox is organized into mailboxes (on the left) and folders within them:

• Unassigned — open conversations nobody owns yet.
• Mine — assigned to you.
• Starred, Snoozed, Closed, Spam, Trash.

Use the search box to find conversations by subject, customer or message text, and the filters to narrow by assignee or tag. Save a filtered view with Save view to reuse it later.

Tip: the folder bar and the customer panel both collapse — click the round handle on their edge to give the conversation more room.
