Assigning, status, snooze and tags

Keep the queue tidy with the toolbar at the top of each conversation:

  • Assign it to yourself or a teammate.
  • Set the status: Active (needs work), Pending (waiting on the customer) or Closed.
  • Snooze to hide it until a date/time you choose — it reappears in the Snoozed folder.
  • Tag it to categorize (e.g. billing, bug). Tags power filtering and reporting.

Select several conversations with the checkboxes to assign, tag, change status or delete them in bulk.
