Searching and filtering

Find anything fast from the top of the inbox.

• The search box matches the subject, the customer's name/email, tags and the text inside messages.
• The filters narrow the list by assignee or tag.
• Combine search + filters, then click Save view to pin that exact list to the sidebar for next time.

When you've selected every conversation on a page, a banner offers to select all matching — so a bulk action applies to the whole filtered set, not just the page.
